1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyBLK (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What BuyBLK Is

BuyBLK is a marketplace that helps customers discover and purchase products and services from independent third-party sellers ("Sellers"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Sellers not BuyBLK are responsible for their products, fulfillment, and any guarantees they offer.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or place orders. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Marketplace Rules (Buyers + Sellers)

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation
• post illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• list prohibited or restricted items, or attempt to sell items restricted by payment processors or carriers
• interfere with Platform security or attempt unauthorized access

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or block transactions to protect users and the Platform.

5. Payments

BuyBLK may support multiple payment options, including card payments processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Payment processing services are provided by third parties and may require you to agree to their terms.

Manual payments (e.g., Cash App, Zelle) if offered:

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
• You are responsible for entering the correct payment details.
• We may request proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot) to resolve disputes.

6. Fees

BuyBLK may charge platform fees to Sellers and/or service fees. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you complete a transaction or onboarding.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Sellers are responsible for fulfillment unless the listing states fulfillment by BuyBLK. Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Customer pickup orders must be picked up within the stated pickup window.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any Seller-specific policy shown at checkout or on the listing. Where Seller policies conflict with BuyBLK's minimum standards, the stricter customer-protection standard may apply.

9. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

Most issues can be resolved directly with the Seller. If you cannot resolve an issue, you may contact BuyBLK support. We may, but are not obligated to, help facilitate resolution. BuyBLK may issue refunds or credits in certain cases to protect marketplace integrity.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by BuyBLK and protected by law. You may not copy or exploit Platform content without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." BuyBLK makes no warranties about uninterrupted service, listing accuracy, or Seller performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyBLK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BuyBLK harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your listings, your products, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, risk, or operational reasons.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
