Troubleshooting Guide
⚠️ Not Getting Rates?
- Verify all required credentials are set in Environment Variables
- Check that credentials are for production (not test/sandbox)
- Ensure your carrier account is active and has sufficient funds/credit
- Verify shipper address is complete and valid
- Check package dimensions are realistic (weight, length, width, height)
Sandbox vs Production: Most carriers provide sandbox/test environments. Start there before using production credentials.
Validation: Test your credentials using the "Validate & Get Rates" button on an actual order before going live.
Support: If you encounter issues, check carrier API status pages first, then contact the carrier's developer support.
