ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the Buy BLK platform as a vendor, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Accuracy
- All product listings must be accurate, complete, and current
- Product images must represent the actual product being sold
- Prices must be clearly stated and honored for all orders
- Availability status must be kept up to date
2. Order Fulfillment
- Vendors must fulfill orders within the stated timeframe
- Vendors are responsible for proper packaging and shipping
- Tracking information must be provided when applicable
- Vendors must communicate proactively about any delays or issues
3. Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Handle returns and refunds according to platform policy
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- Resolve disputes fairly and promptly
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Vendors may not:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
- Engage in price gouging or deceptive pricing
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Use the platform to collect customer data for unauthorized purposes
- Contact customers outside the platform to circumvent fees
- Discriminate against customers based on protected characteristics
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
PLATFORM USAGE
Account Security
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining account security
- Passwords must be kept confidential
- Vendors must notify Buy BLK immediately of any unauthorized access
- Account sharing is prohibited
Data Usage
- Customer data may only be used for order fulfillment
- Vendors may not sell or share customer information
- All data must be handled in compliance with privacy laws
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Vendors agree to pay all applicable platform fees, including but not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees (if applicable)
- Transaction fees on each sale
- Payment processing fees
- Fees for additional services or features
Buy BLK reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days' written notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Buy BLK a license to display, promote, and distribute vendor content on the platform and in marketing materials. Vendors warrant that they have the right to grant this license.
REVIEWS AND RATINGS
- Customers may leave reviews and ratings for vendors and products
- Vendors may respond to reviews professionally
- Buy BLK may remove reviews that violate content policies
- Attempting to manipulate reviews will result in account suspension
TERMINATION
Buy BLK may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:
- Multiple customer complaints
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to fulfill orders
- Violation of prohibited activities
- Non-payment of fees
Vendors may terminate their account with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Vendors agree to indemnify Buy BLK against claims arising from:
- Product defects or safety issues
- Intellectual property infringement
- Breach of these terms
- Violation of applicable laws
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Buy BLK reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Vendors will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana or through binding arbitration.
